16. Can sessions be recorded?

Only the consultant is authorized to record sessions solely to produce a confidential summary report for the client. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, or sharing the session in any form.

Please note: we do not offer bookings for free discovery calls or general appointments. Each booking corresponds to a confirmed engagement for a selected service, with a duration that depends on your situation and the chosen service.

18. What payment methods are accepted?

Payment for our services is made in Canadian dollars, only by credit card, bank transfer, or Interac. For international transfers, a specific form will be provided.

If you are a member of a band/community included in the official First Nations list (Band Council) when making your reservation, simply select the name of your band/community from the dropdown menu in our form.
An official tax exemption form, as outlined in the contract appendices, will then be generated and automatically provided with your contract file.
It is each client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and to meet any legal requirements relevant to their situation.

Payment confirmation is required before the start of the support program.

19. Can I cancel or postpone a coaching session? What are the conditions?

Any session canceled at least 72 business hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled to a later date mutually agreed upon. After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the session is due in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

20. Do you offer refunds?

All booked and confirmed sessions are non-refundable. As our services are personalized, no refunds are possible once the service has started. Full payment is required prior to the consultation. No refunds will be granted after payment.
