Discover my story, my vision and my approach to supporting entrepreneurs in their human capital strategy in Canada.
Throughout my experience in human resources and organizational development, I’ve seen many small business leaders come up against the same difficulty:
how to surround themselves with a solid, aligned executive team capable of carrying out the company’s vision?
All too often, I’ve observed high turnover within executive teams: talent leaves, new recruits don’t adhere to the vision, and this weakens the company’s growth.
The lack of a clear strategy or shared vision hinders growth, makes recruitment ineffective and prevents the company from moving forward serenely.
I’ve also found that, without a structured management team, it becomes difficult to delegate, gain efficiency and prepare for the future.
In Canada, with a limited domestic market (0.5% of the world’s population), growth requires the ambition to go further, often internationally.
To make this transition successfully, it’s essential to surround yourself with the right people, structure your management team and anticipate the company’s human needs.
This is particularly true during the major stages in the life of an SME:
Growth: when the company is expanding and needs to organize itself to scale up,
Structuring: when it becomes necessary to clarify roles and lay solid foundations,

Who am I?
I’m Hind Mouhoub, HR strategy and leadership consultant.
I have over 10 years’ experience in human resources and talent development, in a variety of organizations (manufacturing, natural resources, services, government departments).
In 2020, I decided to put this expertise at the service of SME leaders at the start of their growth or at pivotal moments, to help them structure their management team and turn their vision into reality.
I hold recognized certifications:
- Human Resources Manager from the “Cnam”” (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers),
- Specialization in Business Launching from “SAJE Montréal” (Young Business Support Service),

Over 10 years’ experience in HR consulting
With over 10 years’ experience, I have worked with organizations from a wide range of sectors (manufacturing, natural resources, services, government departments). In particular, I have worked on talent acquisition, international mobility and organizational development projects.
My approach was based on three essential pillars:

- In-depth analysis of medium- and long-term objectives.
- Creating customized solutions for each organization.
I have always strived to create healthy and productive work environments, using a human approach tailored to each company.

I’m involved in mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs through Academos, Coopérathon, The DMZ, Entreprendre ici, and other initiatives.
This keeps me in touch with current issues and enables me to continue learning and sharing.
- Mentorship: take part in initiatives in Quebec such as « Academos », « Coopérathon » or « The DMZ » mentor matching program.
- Strategic partnerships: I support entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds in collaboration with organizations such as« Entreprendre ici ».
I regularly take part in events, entrepreneurial coaching, workshops for organizations such as the Blitz du Défi Montréal or the “RFAQ” (Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec) and so many others!
Since 2019, I’ve been involved as a mentor for 14-30 year-olds at “Academos”.
For three years, I worked as a mentor in developing high-performance teams and pitching to entrepreneurs competing across Canada at the « Coopérathon ».
I’m a mentor for Ontario’s new business incubator program « The DMZ » which aims to support budding entrepreneurs by connecting them with experienced mentors who can share their knowledge and expertise.
And I’m a partner in the Entrepreneur Coaching category at « Entreprendre ici ». PAEICI is an initiative of Entreprendre ici. The aim is to bring together a group of experts from different business fields to offer their support to entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.
My story
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a fascination with trains – machines that take us across countries, connecting territories and discovering new horizons. This taste for travel and discovery is at the heart of my career, as is my passion for art and exploration.
I’m a human development consultant, convinced that every entrepreneur is unique and deserves personalized support.
As a child, I dreamed of being an archaeologist, searching for hidden treasures. Later, I discovered the entrepreneurial spirit in high school, and knew I wanted to advise project leaders to ease their way and have a positive impact.
After graduating with a degree in business communications and gaining experience in sales, I felt the need to provide practical help to entrepreneurs. A skills assessment led me to resume my studies in human resources, to combine communication, law and business development in the service of managers.
I developed expertise in attracting, retaining and developing executives, particularly in talent acquisition and international mobility projects, with a global approach to the organization.
In 2009, during my first trip to Canada, I discovered a country with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. After several stays, I decided to move there and train in business start-up, to become a strategic partner in the human capital of executives.
My conviction: just as a train follows a well-trodden path to reach its destination, a company must anticipate and structure its human capital strategy to move serenely forward towards its ambitions To build a solid management team around you, you need to :
