1. Creating an Account on the Sites

When you register to create an account (the « Account »), HIND MOUHOUB collects your personal information and the personal information of your authorized users, which includes your first name, last name and email address. The following optional information may also be collected: telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, nationality, age and gender.

2. Payment Information

When you make a financial transaction with HIND MOUHOUB, you may be asked to provide, in addition to your name and e-mail address, your billing address and telephone number in order to confirm your order and comply with any applicable law. When we use the services of third party payment processors, we do not collect or store any of your payment information (such as bank account or credit card information). The collection and use of your payment information is then subject to the privacy policies of those third party payment processors.

In addition, by posting or contacting us on our social media accounts, we may collect your personal information that you have made public on the social media site, such as your name, profile picture, cover photo, username, gender, nationality, network of friends, age range, location, list of friends, and any other information you have made public.

5. Survey, Offer

When you complete a survey or respond to offers or advertisements, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
