The following policy (the « Privacy Policy »)informs you of the policies and procedures of HIND MOUHOUB, a sole proprietorship registered with the Quebec Enterprise Registry (« HIND MOUHOUB » or « We ») regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of data and personal information that we receive from (i) users (« you ») who use our website and social media pages and accounts that are available on a computer or other electronic device (together, « Sites ») ou (ii) customers (« you ») who benefit from the services provided by HIND MOUHOUB (the « Services »).

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, « Site » means https://hindmouhoub.com or any other website through which HIND MOUHOUB makes its Services available and posts this policy.

Your use of the Sites and Services indicates to us that you have read and accepted the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we may obtain from you, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we may disclose it. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that HIND MOUHOUB does not own or control or to individuals that HIND MOUHOUB does not employ or manage.

1. Creating an Account on the Sites

When you register to create an account (the « Account »), HIND MOUHOUB collects your personal information and the personal information of your authorized users, which includes your first name, last name and email address. The following optional information may also be collected: telephone number, mailing address, date of birth, nationality, age and gender.

2. Payment Information

When you make a financial transaction with HIND MOUHOUB, you may be asked to provide, in addition to your name and e-mail address, your billing address and telephone number in order to confirm your order and comply with any applicable law. When we use the services of third party payment processors, we do not collect or store any of your payment information (such as bank account or credit card information). The collection and use of your payment information is then subject to the privacy policies of those third party payment processors.

3. Promotional Communications

When you request to receive newsletters or other informational or promotional communications by e-mail or courier, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, and telephone number in order to provide you with the service you have requested.

We will not contact you for promotional purposes unless you expressly agree to be contacted for such purposes. HIND MOUHOUB reserves the right to stop sending newsletters or informational or promotional communications at any time. 4. Comments and Questions

When you comment, ask a question, or contact us via our Sites, email, or other means of communication, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, email address, and telephone number. In addition, by posting or contacting us on our social media accounts, we may collect your personal information that you have made public on the social media site, such as your name, profile picture, cover photo, username, gender, nationality, network of friends, age range, location, list of friends, and any other information you have made public.

5. Survey, Offer

When you complete a survey or respond to offers or advertisements, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. We use this information to administer your participation in the offer and, for surveys, to understand our customers and improve our product and service offerings, promotions and events. 6. Applying for a job
